My daughters dog lives at home with us and she (Lucky) is my best motivator to get outside and go for a while. I own my own business, so it is difficult to step away from the office and take care of myself, but on the other hand, I have the responsibility to take care of Lucky. She is a terrier...

As usual, when we go to our cottage house...we walk. it's located 7 km (4.34 miles) from our apartment and we generally walk the distance in 45-50 min:) HeHe Not bad cardio :)
