Heather is just amazing. She's caring and warm, and really knows her stuff. We worked on finding a nutrition plan that was right for me and she coached me through some pretty big changes in my diet and lifestyle. I've passed on the advice she gave me to many of my friends, and I still check back on the different meal plans she puts up on the site since she always has great ideas for healthy recipes that actually taste great. Thanks Heather!
