Hello! I'm a triathlete - turned dedicated roadie, and as of this season, mountain biker. The more I learn, the more obsessed I become with 2-wheeled fun. I'm relatively new to the area and would love to meet more riding buddies.

I have been riding a road bike for aobut 5 years, and have participated in a few long rides, ie Lake Tahoe, Cinderella Ride, Western Wheelers. Although Iam not interested in racing, I have never really received any instruction on techniques, etc.
Also, would like to go on fun rides, with a group.

If you love gymnastics, why not love horse vaulting. My daughter, who is six, went with her godmother and watched her godmother's niece, who is an Olympic gold medalist, teach half a dozen young girls horse vaulting. It looked like quite a workout. Strength and precision is what come to mind...
