This is such a fun thing to do! I got together some friends one day after work and we all went kayaking around the bay at sunset. They run nighttime kayaking trips by moonlight. Pretty cool!

If you love gymnastics, why not love horse vaulting. My daughter, who is six, went with her godmother and watched her godmother's niece, who is an Olympic gold medalist, teach half a dozen young girls horse vaulting. It looked like quite a workout. Strength and precision is what come to mind...
