It's great to play an organized sport with other folks in the Stanford community. Sometimes the organization and refereeing are not great, but overall it's a good experience.

I Love Beach Volleyball! by Stephanie B. Jun 30 07 1:58pm I must confess, I am terrible at volleyball...actually, any sport that involves a ball is one that I am pretty much guaranteed to suck at. Yet, there's nothing like going out to the beach with a group of friends and digging your toes into the sand for some good beach volleyball. Just be careful...

Membership by Larissa Sep 27 07 5:51pm I finally got a family membership to Planet Granite, so I will be climbing more often! Prior to the membership I was just paying day fees, but this will encourage me to go more. How often do you go climbing?
