This is the real deal. Awesome instructors and a real genuine feeling of peace and energy after the classes. They are a bit different than traditional styles, but that's the best part. They rotate the flow and they meet each person on a face to face basis. They really want to help you and it shows!

I'm so glad I began classes here, Recommend it to everyone all the time!
