I just love this little studio in the quaint neighborhood of Bernal Heights. The studio offers convenient & varied yoga classes (by some GREAT instructors) in their single studio space. Though it's not super fancy or chic, this is where I like to come to get great classes in a non-competitive, like-minded environment. I find that the studio holds just the right number of people, parking is fairly easy (at least for the Bay Area) and there's great energy abounding when you walk inside the doors. I like the simplicity of the space and the homey atmosphere. The only thing that was a tad on the annoying side is the heating/air conditioning unit which was quite loud and prevented me from fully hearing my instructor's voice. This small inconvenience isn't enough to stop me from coming back. I highly recommend taking a prenatal class from Jane Austin, an amazing restorative/gentle class from Britt Fohrman or if you need to get up & move your body, take a Vinyasa class from Gizella Donald.
