*I was a personal trainer for 24Hour Fitness in Southern California in 2003.
*I have been a wildland firefighter for the past 5 years. In 2006 I helped at the Wildland Firefighting Apprenticeship Academy as their Fitness Coach. My main Job was to give students with minor injuries an intense physical workout without further injury.
* Now in 2007 I have returned to being a personal trainer at the Bally Total Fitness on Shaw & Blythe.

Hatha Flow Yoga class

I am going to try and make it out of the office in time to take a Hatha Flow Yoga class at the gym. I'm not quit sure what it entails (I found an article about Vinyasa Flow Yoga, but not Hatha), but I am looking forward to relaxing while toning. I have been really tired lately, so I am trying...

After attending an african dance class last month, I decided that the class was not my thing. I haven't really found a good african dance class here in town. So, I decided to try out belly dancing. I have signed up for a set of classes which start on Sunday. I will keep you guys posted.
