VALERIE SMITH AT BEAUTY BRANDS IN LIBERTY RUINED MY HAIR. I spent 12 months growing my hair out and it was completely wasted by this woman. She didnt listen to a word I said and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I walked out with uneven coloring and a cut that looked like hers. She has no creative thought, no original ideas. When I asked for her "professional" advice, she told me she couldnt tell me what to do with my hair. (I thought thats why they went to beauty school!)

I just get soooo distracted before bed I just cannot manage to get to sleep at a decent hour. I mean I could TECHNICALLY just get into bed and shut my eyes around 10 or 11pm, but I get bored and restless. Urrg...

I have gotten better about getting to sleep at a decent hour. But only like 1, maybe 2, nights a week.
So I know what I am supposed to do...I just do not do it. I need to really buckle down on this, because goodness I am tired!
