We think and our body acts so.If we think we are strong our body remains strong, and instead we think we are weak and not strong enough the body and soul becomes very weak.The body reflects what we think, and yoga helps us in a positive way.

I was thinking Art of Living is to love oneself and all. Be cheerful and carm in all situations. To be devoted to the work we do and to God. I am just following these ways. After viewing this site I think i must learn yoga. The Stimulation and Relaxation of the Body.

Every breath has a corresponding rhythm in the body and through the breathing practices taught in the Art of Living meditation course you actually can sense the feeling of calmness right from the first time. I have been learning yoga since childhood but i really feel that the pranayams and breathing technique (The Sudarshan Kriya) take you much beyond the asanas and other practices. www.artofliving.org www.artoflivingsfba.org
