This Nancy Donenfeld is so amazing. How we did it with this Donenfeld Method of hers got me to change my awareness of HOW to think to be thin. She got me to change my old way of eating way too much and when I watched TV, and she got me to change my former total inability to get myself to exercise. Now I exercise 3 times a week and I even like it! (Because of my work with her, it feels like my new habits are permanent too.) I was a total skeptic before I saw Nancy, now I'm a total believer.
I became a non-smoker about 2 1/2 months ago thanks to Nancy Donenfeld. Six years ago after opening up my own business in Jersey, I began smoking about 2 packs of cigarettes a day. It became so bad, my husband and kids said I either quit soon or they can't live with me anymore. After just two sessions with Nancy, I quit smoking and it has been almost 3 months since I've had my last cigarette. I lost a remarkable amount of weight, over 20 lbs and overall have never ever felt this healthy before! Just two sessions with Nancy and I've regained lost health and vitality...thank you thank you thank you!
Adding more variety to my diet

I seem to fall into routines easily, eating the same thing for breakfast everyday, going to the same restaurants for lunch everyday, etc. I'm afraid that my diet is not well-rounded enough, so I've set a goal of adding more variety to my diet. Trying new foods. Trying new recipes.
