Hi-I have worked at Stanford for 8 years, and its been very good to me! I'm soon to be moving on however in about a year, to pursue a career in law enforcement. I would like to lose weight, about 35-40 pounds to prepare for the Police Academy. I've lost a lot of weight before (100 lbs.!), and gained about 30 of it back. :( One step at a time I guess. Anyone, with advice or help, is welcome! Thanks
