my son date of birth january 2006 had liver transplant in 2007 and hr got ebv from donor. since than it was very diificult to maintain balance of prograf.
now because of high ebv they reduced the prograf to 1 mg per day and he got a chronic liver rejection.
i do not know what is that mean, also bile ducts are disappeaing.
can you please explain chronic liver rejection and also if bile ducts arr appearing can they regrow or if not regrow can they transplant bile duct. also liver rejextion is reversible and what is the cure for that.
i need the Nswers asap as my son is in the hospital. please
