Thanks for the friend invitation! I'm going to enjoy reading your posts. I have started mild exercise and keep my food intake around 1400 calories but haven't lost an ounce.....

Chains are still there!  

 
I know from working with so many Fibromyalgia sufferers over the years, that once they start an exercise routine, they feel better.  They are breaking one of the many chains that this disease has wrapped around them.  If you would just start to incorporate more exercise in your day, you will slowly come to see the results with weight loss.
 
Along with your attention to eating regularly, set a new habit, and eat more frequently.  Eat three small meals a day, with two snacks in between.  If you eat small amounts frequently your digestive system will do a much more thorough job of processing what you eat.  The efficiency of your digestion will help you to avoid gaining more.
