Hello All. I'm a 32 year old male from Leavenworth, KS. I'm 5'8" and about 210 pounds. This makes me very upset. I really need to get back in shape! I feel I look the best at around 240. My goal is put the thirty pounds back on by Christmas. It's not going to be easy, but I think I can do it. Hell, if I can find my way out of Iraq, surely I can eat my way back into my favorite fat pants!!!
