After baking for celiacs and diabetics for over 35 years, I've now opened Little Hen Specialty Bakery, a totally gluten free bakery and store! The bakery is a non-contaminated facility producing cakes, breads, cookies and other goodies for those with gluten free, sugar free, and other special diet needs. We are located in the town of Maine, NY, on Route 26 between Endicott and Ithaca.
