If you're looking to shed some pounds, diets high in fiber are pretty good because it's more filling so you eat less calories. You can also try eating off smaller plates to limit your portions. Aside from food stuff, strength training is a great way to tone your body, and reduce overall body fat. Good luck! IF you need anything let me know!
