over the past 3 years, i have learned not to hate diet and exercise, but embrace it and love it. because of that mentality, i lost 72 pounds in the first 1.5 years. i am maintaining my weight, but i am also trying to lose another 20 pounds. i follow weight watchers, i exercise at planet fitness, and i walk/run frequently. as a special education teacher, i'm finding myself losing time for myself so i have to pencil in time to exercise, so i trying to balance things.
