Let's see...I have always lived a pretty active and healthy lifestyle. I spent my childhood running around like a banchee outside and spent my summers permenantly submerged underwater in our pool or at the beach. I danced throughout high school, and when that came to an end, I substituted running for my cardio. I am a fairly recent convert to vegetarianism and am loving really seems to agree with my body.
