I am a psychologist who has specialized in eating disorders since 1982, and in cognitive therapy for depression and anxiety since 1994. I am on the adjunct faculty of Saybrook Graduate School. Insomnia is also an issue I have studied and advised clients about resolving. The health of the planet is important to me -- and fortunately the foods that are healthy for individuals are the same ones that are healthy for the planet.
