Hi Linda,
My name is Mary.  I'm the moderator for the Wellsphere weight loss community.  Thanks for joining us.  I know the fight to lose weight and keep it off is a tough one.

Does anyone else have a hard time eating enough veggies and fruit to get the amount of fiber needed to counteract the caloric and carb intake? Any suggestions for someone who gets bored and doesn't have time to eat veggies and fruit 3 times a day?
