What does an "absolute neutrophils" count of 12172 mean in 49 yr old fem.

According to this specific lab the wbc count is high, 14.7, the AST is high, 44 and the ALT is slightly high, 45

(didn't know if this would make any difference concerning the absol.nuetro.)
