Bad: The really really bad, why does my dog refuse to eat and get to his normal weight again in spite of the fact that he seems to be feeling really well?
Good: Surgeons are nice people and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. They are perfectly fine with being crowded for hours on end simply to give me a chance to scrub in, step closer to the patient and have a better view of the operating field. Well, I did make myself useful in the meantime, but still, I wasn't exactly indispensible. Also, they have absolutely no problem with me pestering them daily about my research project.
