Swollen lymph nodes in groin area

Posted by ReallyScared

Hi. I recently examined my groin area because I was curious about lymph nodes. When I felt my lymph nodes I was surprised to find it.. I was not expecting to find it so I thought it was swollen. It was tender to the touch. Throughout the day I would keep examining myself until I felt a burning sensation in my groin area. This freaked me out and I would constantly check it to see if it has gone away, but I felt that the lymph nodes have grown bigger. I stopped examining myself thinking that I might have aggravated it. It felt sore and burning. The next day when I woke up the pain has decreased, but I could still see my lymph nodes when I closely examine it. What should I do now? Will it go away?
