It may be a fungal yeast infection, STD or other condition. It may also be an area of contact dermatitis.
You could use a
moisturizer and perhaps a little occasional hydrocortisone.
Being
tested for STD's is also important. Seeing your doctor will be helpful for more guidance and in determining what is going on.

blisters on base of penis, red, sensitve to the touch, itchy feeling. i don't have a fever, my urine doesn't burn its not any strange color, i don't have loss of appatight.. what could it be? i work in a very busy resturant and don't always wash my hands before i use the rest room, could i have picked up something on my hands and infected myself?
