Fall Trees
Happy Month of October!
Although I do love the fact that Washington really is the “Evergreen State”, my favorite time of year back on the North East is fall, hands down. The changing trees: red, orange, yellow, lime green, dark green, tan, brown was something that I have not experienced anywhere else. My dad and step mom live somewhat near a high way in Connecticut that was ranked one of the most beautiful autumn scenery, for as you are driving along the road, it cuts through the rolling hills of upstate CT, where you can see and admire the changing fall colors. Its a 2 lane highway, where tractor trailers and commercialized trucks are not allowed to travel on, to fully appreciate the beauty. A tradition that I have missed every fall season living in Seattle. Hence, the picture, brings me back home for a brief second.
On another note, I wanted to share (like every month) the Health Awarenesses for the month of October
> Eye Injury Prevention
> Home Safety
> National Breast Cancer Awareness
> Downs Syndrome Awareness
> Stop America’s Violence Everywhere ( SAVE )
> Sudden Infant Death Syndrome
> Mental Illness Awareness
> Drive Safely
> Walk to School Day
> National Depression Screening
> Stuttering Awareness
May you have health and happiness in the month of October!
