Hello I am 35 years old and I has hoshimotos disease of the thyroid. I have had it for 6 years now with normal thyroid function tests. My thyroid is swollen however like I said my tsh and t4 have been normal but the disease is there. I have a lump under my adams apple so I went to my family doctor who felt it and said it is the cartlidge that covers the thyroid and that mine just stick out more then uasual. To me it seems like a lump. what would you say
