I have recently been diagnosed with CLL - Trisomy 12 Unmutated IGVH gene and asymptomatic. I had Flow Cytometry done which was the initial indication and later confirmed by my Hematologist. My absolute Lymphocyte counts are 7,540. The new determination between MBL and CLL is > 5,000 B-cells. I'm thinking that I should be classified as MBL not CLL. My questions is from my flow cytometry, how do I determine how many B-cells that I have as opposed to my absolute lymphocyte count?
