I am a person who has only recently become aware that I am not immortal and should really not continue to procrastinate in attaining a healthy life style.  So I am devoting more time to figuring out what is healthy for me.  I am visiting a fitness club for cardio and weight training about 5 days a week, trying to eat healthy meals, and drop some weight.

Sounds like you're taking the right approach. Just make sure you aren't exercising too much; when someone starts trying to exercise, sometime they can get too enthusiastic ^^. Keep up the good work!
