I see you have 3 goals you are working on. I quit smoking 20 years ago, It took me 3-months to slowly get off the smokes. I'm losing weight, lost 20 pounds so far this year. I walk 2 times a day and have cut down on food portions. Avoiding sweets is my biggest challenge because I use that as rewards for my goals. Good luck on your goals. |
