I retired as an Emergency Physician after suffering a cardiac event resulting in the placement of a cardiac stent. This wake up call resulted in me changing my lifestyl. I went through a gret cardiac rehabilitation program.I now exercise regularly and have lost 20 pounds. I eat much healthier. I am proud that my colesterol is 108 with the help of lipitor and Zettia.
