I am a clinical social worker, as my day job, and an avid self-care enthusiast in my spare time. My job is an extremely stressful position in which I am a psychotherapist for chronically mentally ill individuals. For this reason, I have dedicated myself to balancing the stress of my weekdays with healthy relaxation practices in the evenings and weekends.
