I was [b]bulimic[/b].  Then I almost died because the fork I was using to purge got caught in my throat and had to be surgically removed from my stomach.   I have some knee problems and am getting physiotherapy.  I want to be able to run again but for now I'm just sticking to the strengthening exercises for my knees and a mixture of yoga and low-impact cardio.  I follow the Canadian food guide which is: 6 GRAIN SERVINGS 7 FRUIT AND VEGETABLE SERVINGS 2...
