A contract with a natural health company in the late 1990s offered Krizia an incredible life-changing opportunity to be exposed to the power of detoxification, as not only a means of cleansing the system, but also as an effective method of cell-rejuvenation. During that time she also became fully aware of much food has an impact on our health as we age. Krizia has been a personal chef (La Deauvillienne Catering) and a food writer/editor (for about five years before becoming an aging-well writer/editor). She specialized in French cuisine and sheâ??s published a critically acclaimed lifestyle and bilingual French food guide that sold in Canada, France, the U.S., Germany and the U.K. The guide was voted by Air Canada En Route magazine. Krizia has been religiously following the â??French culinary lifestyle aka French dietâ?? since she began dating her ex-Parisian husband in the 1990s - the man never ate preserved or fast food. Krizia is what you would call a health nut and believes that nutrition is a guarantee to aging well. Sheâ??s been studying cooking and nutrition for over a decade!
