hello,

i just saw your message. i know my response is not timely, but i thought i would respond anyway. when the doctors told you that you have arthritis in the neck, they are most likely referring to osteoarthritis which is abnormal wear and tear of the spinal joints...fairly common, even with someone your age. in my experience,  this is usually the result of misalignments in the neck called subluxations. migraine headaches (which i used to suffer with) can result from these subluxations. i would seriously consider finding a chiropractor close by and bringing your x-rays along. chances are it will be worth the trip. best, dr. davis
