Hello, My name is Klint (not hiding anything with my profile handle) I'm a pilot from Alaska based in Iraq and after 16 months here I'm preparing to come back to the states.  I'm big into the outdoors (fishing) and sports (hockey).  I've been laid up for a while and just starting to get back into training.  Looking to do more body weight resistance training to build strength and cut a little weight.  Always open for great training and nutritionn tips.
