Hi Man! I too have ulcerative colitis. I was diagnosed back in January of 2001. I was actually at the Chicago Marathon in 2000 when I have my first bought with it. Ended up not racin and came home. After a rough period, I finally found a medication that worked for me as well as my running and healthy living that's helped me. Was so cool finding you on WellSphere!! When you can, check out my blog at http://ncrunnerdude.blogspot.com
