why does dialysis cause diarrhea? It happens only on dialysis days and immediately after ending the process

my mother has been on dialysis for 2.5 years and has started having severe diarrhea immediately after dialysis for the past 6 months. It is not related to nepro as she can drink that on non dialysis days with no ill effects. We are getting no information from the center.
