You can test Serum Creatinine and Blood Urea or BUN. Abnormal values of these tests means there is some problem with kidney function.

as every bod know kidney is the one of vital organ .and its main function is to remove excess water and wastw product such as urea and creatnine because if those product not remove from the body when your kidney failure thier level in the blood raised and may affect the level of conscious and some system in your body .

so the normal level of urea is 15-----45 mg/dl urea level need to be 250 or more to cause uremia .
