The normal level for creatnine levels varies from person to person and from men to women. Men, and those wtih large muscle mass tend to have higher creatinite levels than most women. You'll have to ask your doctor what they consider is high for your sister in law based on her build, and what the is within the lab's normal range. Too high levels can signify anything from a high meat diet to renal failure so it's important to have more tests performed to find out the underlying cause.
