2 lbs. ground turkey 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs (I use crushed low-sodium saltines) 1/2 cup finely shredded zucchini 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Cooking spray 8 hamburger buns
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Divide turkey mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty. Place patties on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray, broil 6 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked. Serve on hamburger buns with desired toppings.
