1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon brown sugar 3 tablespoons chopped green onions 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 4 (4-oz.) New York strip steaks, trimmed Cooking spray
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add steaks; seal and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
3. Remove steak from bag; discard marinade. Place steaks on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
