Before a bunch of people scream at me let me just say that I know selling a kidney in this country is ILLEGAL! However considering my situation and the fact that I was going to give one to my sister how does one go about finding a recipient for a small donation?

P.S. I am 43 years of age ,perfect health no drug or alcohol habits not taking any medication. Blood type is A+
