In liver failure and kidney failure what kind of drs. should be consulting

My sister is dying and i am worried that we should be calling in other drs. to consult. Her blood won't allow fluid to be drawn off and she is getting worse and worse. I thing there is more to be done but dont know what to suggest. HELP and soon. Dr. says it could be soon.!!!
