I am having sharp pain in my left abdominal side and in my lower back but but does not hurt to the touch

I have been having a deep internal sharp pain in my left side going from my abdomen and around my lower left side of my back, I am having trouble with any pressure urinating for about 4 days and it is steadily getting worse I am feeling disoriented and this morning I have thrown up this morning on 4/5/2009 I am a 35 year old male, what do these symptoms sound like? I have no health insurance so I do not  go to the doctor hardly ever.
