my son has just turned two, and has non working left kidney and only the rim of the right functioning. He has Hydronephrosis in the right, no surgery available for him as not obstructed enough but has a JJ stent, after 2yrs they still not sure on why he has reflux thoughts were retrocaval or kink????? At the last blood tests creatinine was 42 and PTH was 11.8 (Australian tests), so he still normalish range but how long will this last? will i get any warning signs that he is going into kidney failure?
