i love kids im a southern gentleman.i have a lot of bad luck.ive lifted wieghts all my life till recently. i found out i had back desease 10 years ago an they said id prolly b parralized in 5 years well now its been 10.but i havent worked out for a year now so im afraid.its gettin worse fast it seems when ur up peeps will do nething they can to nock u down.my goal is get through this depression an get my life back together....
