Thank you my friend it has been a long hard road but in the end there is nothing

worth more in this world besides your body mind and soul. And i am on a journey for peace and the journey for peace begins inside ones own head and hopefully i can be an example for other people to show them that if i can do it anybody can and transend that thought and ideas. I appreciate the support and train hard, live healthy, and be succesful nothing but my best wishes for you.

Dear Kerry:Regarding your question as to whether or not I use energy drinks before working out or swimming - most of the time I do not and don't need it.  I do use multi vitamins and minerals regularly and use moderate amounts of amino acid supplements, fish oils and kelp.  I find this gives me most of what I need on a daily basis. Most energy drinks are just packed with caffeine and not the best way to kick up the metabolism.

Remember:  Inertia breeds inertia.  If you are active, you will have more natural energy from which to draw.  There is one sports drink I highly recommend.  It's called FTS;   and is sponsored by Lance Armstrong, the 7 time champion of the Tour De France.  Check it out on the web.  It is a great low caffeine product and uses natural fruit juices to give you the lift you need.  It is the best product of which I'm aware

Hey Kerry,

It's great to see our friends from the Phillipines on this site.  Tell us a little about yourself.  What are your goals?  Why are you using the BeWell at Stanford site?

Please take a few minutes to add this information.  If you have any questions, you'll find others, including myself, willing to help.

Good luck and great health,

Ken
