My name is Keri and I am a runner and a group fitness instructor certified through The American Council on Exercise. I blog at The Blue-Eyed Runner. I write a lot about running but you will also find various other health and fitness related topics there. I love to read and constantly post book reviews. The books I review are mainly running, nutrition, and/or self-improvement books. I also do many posts about different types of workouts; running, cross training, weights, yoga, Pilates etc. My favorite form of exercise besides running is Pilates.
