Kelsey is a healthy living blogger over at The Secret Life of Kelsey http://fitnessfanatic007.blogspot.com She blogs about her faith, fitness, food, and fun, along with product reviews. Although she has completed a half marathon, running is not her idea of a fun workout. Instead, she enjoys mixing up her fitness routine by doing different group fitness classes each week. Her favorites are Dance It Out, Zumba, and Spin class. She also enjoys building lean muscle by strength training 3 times a week. Her fitness philosophy is to work hard, but have fun while doing it!
After suffering through an eating disorder in middle school, Kelsey strives to reach out to others through her blog and give them a positive outlook on health. She emphasizes that STRONG is the new skinny. She makes every effort to motivate her readers to steer clear of the negative messages coming from Hollywood. Instead, she promotes developing strong muscles and a healthy body image. She also frequently posts encouraging scriptures, such as Philippians 4:13, â??I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me,â?? in the hopes that she will uplift other people struggling with the issues that she has faced in her own life.
